Regional supplier of reclaimed lumberSINCE 1965

Rogue Pacific Lumber Company has been a regional supplier of reclaimed lumber building materials since 1965. The Reclaimed lumber division was established in 2010. We are a family owned company with deep roots in our community.

Supply and Selection of Reclaimed Lumber

Our supply of reclaimed lumber materials has evolved over the last two decades. We began by seeking select targets of opportunity in salvaging large fir timbers out of decommissioned Oregon lumber mills. Shortly thereafter, we found some beautiful old barns in Eastern Oregon.  This launched the development of our reclaimed division and search for unique materials from all corners of the country.

Our reclaimed lumber materials provide residential and commercial building applications ranging from antique flooring and siding to custom tables and chairs. Check out our product galleries for examples of how our material have been used.

Green Building with Reclaimed Wood

The specification of GREEN construction products continually evolves. The U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) which created the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) program is one of the most popular guidelines by which reclaimed wood materials are used as credits toward the LEED certification. Most commonly reclaimed wood products work for the following Materials and Resources credits:

MR Credit 3: Materials Reuse | MR Credit 4: Recycled Content | MR Credit 5: Regional Materials

Certain jurisdictions have also adopted the International Green Construction Code (IgCC). As more and more jurisdiction adopt this “overlay” code, RPR can help supply materials for both mandatory and elective provisions in the Material Resource Conservation and Efficiency section.
